i want talk about high cost intuition issue of high cost intuition start with called half intuition that occured big debate situation, and grow hot issue and issue occured by reason of that korean intuition is world 2nd grade.
almost people (89.7%, according to research) sard " yes. we want half intuition.", that occured by reason of campaign and famous people (tv star) said " we must change half intuition that's so expensive."
finally, people saw that issue, some university does freeze intuition, recently, major of seolul, Park Won Soon make seoul civil university's intuition to half intuition. then, each party makes some solutio, government said decrease 30% of intuition step by step.
but, if half intuition occur, people pay tax about trillion won and family ( not consider about intuition of university) is pay tax,too. that is so wrong. now, in korea, expensive cost of intuition is so serious social problem. many people say yes making low intuition. but many problem too. making set maximum of intuition and paying tax. set maximum of intuition makes low quality of teaching.
and, tax is, people pay so much tax, taht make so another issue loke irregulations in university. my solution is that, now, problem of intuition now supply (university) is so little about demand(student), I think solution is that low cost, low demand, high supply.
low cost is advantage,too. I was said, low cost make low quality of teaching
low demand is so many disadvantage, in Korea, almost korean want " my children must go university."
next, high supply, government may make national university that need many time, primary cost, but if many national unversity maked, is make innovation our educational background, and private university feels dangerous of existence, then that realize half intuition.
