women only service in subway

Now, I want to talk about only for women train system. As days go by, sexual crime is increased in subway. Then, government and subway company have had to think about exterminate of sexual crime in subway. Finally, they make the way of exterminate of sexual crime in subway. My think is yes or no.

What is yes?

First, way of punishment in now is that is wrong way. Way is if occur sexual crime, victim does not punishment, assailant is not punished. Therefore, women only train service block sexual crime in basically. Note that 40% of sexual assault is a crime accidentally.

Second is cheap. What is cheap? For blocking sexual crime in train, government has had way to more hiring officer. But, women only car is more cheaper than more hiring officer.

Third, It will affect those sex offenders. Constant preparedness for sex offenders will make them fearful.

What is no?

First, it is anachronism that woman is second-class citizen. Thinking of that can makes reverse discrimination to man.

Second, that can make block of freedom of choice. What is choice? It is choice for rapid transportation and easy to exit train station. That can make reverse discrimination to not used people.

Third, women only train service can make reduce of accidentally crime, but, can increase the planned crime. Women only service can make that women who fell in the subway is the target.

Forth, I think rather strong sexual crimes should be punished. Because, that is not the fundamental measures.

Think of marijuana

Last week, I had many think as listening to ‘marijuana’ it is increasing highly.

First, I want talk about marijuana in entertainer. Few days ago, g-dragon of big bang is Korea boy group was take drug that is marijuana. I thought some entertainer have ripple effect like drug, suicide, gambling, fashion and so on.  Of course, I think suicide is worst of ripple effect. But take a drug is bad thing too. I get the noose round teenager and young adult’s neck. Especially, marijuana is easy to get more than other drugs. Because, marijuana inhaled like tobacco different like ecstasy, LSD, cocaine and so on. For that reason, I worry about rampant of drug in Korea. And I worry about tobacco, too. According to a some report, tobacco is more harmful than marijuana. Today, marijuana is restricted by government in Korea. But, tobacco is not restricted. I ‘m not said marijuana is legal in Korea. But I think government restricts to tobacco. For example, tobacco of   high nicotine may be restricted and tobacco price may be increased price in Korea. For the human health, rule like that decreases rate of smoker. I think rate of smoker does decreased. Then, rate of marijuana smoker is too decreased. And, government have to encourage stop smoking. And have to make scary rule of smoking marijuana, make clinic of smoking marijuana. And notice how harmful smoking of marijuana. And especially government have to warned entertainer. Lastly, we always have to awareness of how harmful drugs.
